Competition terms & conditions

1. Prize

• The prize is $1000 worth of Beat Freakz Fit® services, redeemable for any eligible program, class, workshop, event activation, or wellbeing experience.

• If the selected experience exceeds the $1000 value, the winner may choose to pay the difference.

2. Eligibility

• Open to attendees of the Wyndham Business Expo 2026.

• Entrants must be 18 years or older.

• One entry per person.

3. How to Enter

• Complete the competition entry form in full, including contact details and the experience you would like to win.

• Entries with missing or incorrect information may be deemed invalid.

4. Winner Selection

• One winner will be drawn at random after the expo.

• The winner will be contacted via phone or email within 7 days.

• If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

5. Prize Conditions

• Prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified.

• Prize is not transferable for cash.

6. Additional Costs

• If the chosen experience exceeds the $1000 prize value, the winner is responsible for paying the remaining balance before the service date.

7. Privacy

• By entering, you consent to Beat Freakz Fit® contacting you regarding this competition and future updates.

• Your information will not be shared with third parties.
