CHIA PUDDING RECIPE



TOTAL TIME: 5 MINUTES


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup almond or cashew milk

  • 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • vanilla

TO TOP

  • berries

  • 1 tsp almond butter

  • chopped nuts (optional)


METHOD

  1. Place chia seeds, honey or maple syrup (for vegan option), vanilla and liquid of choice in a jar with a lid.

  2. Stir with a fork until the chia seeds aren't clumping anymore. Cover with the lid and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Top with berries, a tsp of almond butter and optionally coconut or chopped nuts.
