INGREDIENTS
3 bananas large, sliced
1/2 cup creamy nut butter any nut butter of your choosing
1/2 cup chocolate chips can use vegan option
1 tablespoon coconut oil
METHOD
Spread nut butter on one side of a banana slice and top with another to create a sandwich. Do this until you have made even stacks with all of the banana slices
Take a small microwave-safe bowl and heat chocolate chips and coconut oil on high for 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until the chocolate has completely melted
Dip half of the banana sandwiches into the melted chocolate and place on a tray
Place in the freezer to chill for at least an hour
