Chocolate Covered Banana Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 bananas large, sliced

  • 1/2 cup creamy nut butter any nut butter of your choosing

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips can use vegan option

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

METHOD

  1. Spread nut butter on one side of a banana slice and top with another to create a sandwich. Do this until you have made even stacks with all of the banana slices

  2. Take a small microwave-safe bowl and heat chocolate chips and coconut oil on high for 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until the chocolate has completely melted

  3. Dip half of the banana sandwiches into the melted chocolate and place on a tray

  4. Place in the freezer to chill for at least an hour
