  • 100 grams dark chocolate*, melted

  • 1 tablespoon honey**

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts

  • 1/2 cup raisins

  1. Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Spoon the mixture evenly into the holes of a mini silicon muffin mould and place the chocolates into the fridge or freezer to set.

  2. Eat and enjoy.

*I used 78%

**you can use rice malt syrup if you prefer.
