INGREDIENTS
80 Gram Medjool dates (1/2 cup, pitted)
60 Gram cashew (1/2 cup)
45 Gram Protein Powder or Vegan alternative
10 Gram almond butter
Pinch Himalayan salt
5 ml maple syrup (1 tsp)
5 Gram desiccated coconut
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a food processor, except for desiccated coconut and blitz until combined. If required add some water to make a smoother consistency
Split mixture into five even amounts and roll into balls
Roll each ball in desiccated coconut
Serve one now and refrigerate remaining
