1 banana large, pre-sliced into 1" pieces frozen

6 strawberries large, unsweetened, frozen

1/2 inch ginger root fresh sliced, optional

1 cup skim milk substitute almond milk or milk alternative

1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain fat-free

1/4 cup wheat germ



METHOD


Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy…just like a milkshake. Add a straw and enjoy!
