70g firm tofu, sliced into strips
1 tsp. chilli flakes
Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat.
Add in tofu strips and cook on each side for 2 minutes.
Add in tamari and stir through for 1 minute. Toss through chilli flakes.
Divide tofu into two portions. Serve one portion as a snack and refrigerate remaining portion for tomorrow's leftovers.
