INGREDIENTS

  • 38g coconut flakes

  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Heat a small frying pan over a low to medium heat.

  2. Add in coconut flakes and toast for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until toasted.

  3. Add to a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Toss lightly to coat.

  4. Serve half for today's snack and refrigerate remaining portion for tomorrow’s leftovers.
