  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

  • 5 Gram tahini (1 tsp.)

  • 2.5 Gram cumin (½ tsp. ground )

  • Pinch pepper and himalayan salt

  • 65 Gram zucchini (cut into matchsticks)

METHOD

  1. Combine coconut yoghurt, garlic, tahini, cumin and paprika in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
