Created for all shapes, sizes, abilities and fitness levels, our sessions are about moving your body, having fun and feeling good, without the pressure of a traditional fitness environment.

Do I need to be fit to do classes?
No not at all, everyone is all shapes, sizes, ages & fitness levels - We show high & low options so you can go at your own pace
What does the class involve?
The class is set in the dark in disco lights, we run through a series of tracks that fusion dance, aerobics, boxing inspired moves & we even incoporate resistance training with 1-2kg tracks. The class is high energy & fast pace however if you need to step it back a notch the instructor
Are the moves easy to follow?
Yes each track we do only has 3-5 moves, they are very easy to follow.
What can I expect when I come to class?
The lights are off, disco lights are on - Everyone is pretty friendly, its really a relaxed, safe enviroment - the instructors are super friendly. Everyone is there just focusing on themselves.
How long does each class go for?
Approx 50 minutes of mood elevating, endorphin pumping goodness set in the dark with disco lights & amazing tunes pumping.
Im unco-ordinated does it matter?
NOT AT ALL, most of us are & the program was created by Jenna, a Mum who has no dance background
How much is it to try class?
Its $15 to try class for the first time then there are various options for continuing. You can come for casually or there are 10 class passes & group fitness memberships
What are the prices?

With the group fitness membership, can I do all the classes?
Yes, its amazing value, you can do all the classes in the dark & the circuit class, it means even if you only did 2 classes a week its only $12 a class - BARGAIN

What do I need to bring to classes?
Just a water bottle, sweat towel & if you have a yoga mat bring it or you can just use a towel for a floor track. We use 1-2kg weights in class, if you have some bring them if not we have lots at class
If I signed up to the $24.97 group fitness membership - Whats the cancellation process?
You can pause your membership for up to 4 weeks for holidays, you just email us to pause. To cancel its just 8 weeks notice. Theres no sign up fees or cancellation fees like other gyms

Absolutely! We bring the Beat Freakz Fit energy to private events, staff parties, kids’ birthdays, community events and all-abilities sessions. We’ve even brought the fun to corporate events for Novotel!Tell us about your event and we’ll tailor a fun, inclusive session to suit your group.
