INGREDIENTS

  • 2 small eggs

  • 1 wholegrain wrap

  • 1 bacon rasher

  • 1/2 medium tomato

  • 10g cheddar cheese

  • 15g red onion, sliced


METHOD

  1. Heat a non stick pan over medium temperature and cook the bacon until browned on both sides. Add the red onion to the same pan and cook for a few minutes.

  2. Lay the wrap on a flat surface and layer the bacon, red onion, sliced boiled egg, tomato and cheese.

  3. Fold wrap and serve.
