BREAKFAST BUZZ SHAKE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250ml almond milk

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee (or coffee of choice)

  • 1 heaped tsp nut butter

  • 1 serve vegan chocolate protein (Or protein powder of choice)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 2 medjool dates 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp coconut cream

  • Handful of ice cubes Option: 100ml water

METHOD:

  1. Make 1 coffee shot. Mix coffee with 60ml of water and let it cool.

  2. Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until you achieve desired consistency.
