CREAMY ALMOND PORRIDGE

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g almond meal

  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 30g vanilla vegan protein powder

  • 1/2 tsp. stevia

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 50ml filtered water

  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Add almond meal and almond milk to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.

  2. Add in protein powder, stevia, vanilla extract and water and stir through. Cook for a further minute, or until thickened.

  3. Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with cinnamon to serve.
