INGREDIENTS

  • 55 Gram rolled oats

  • 260 ml almond milk (unsweetened)

  • 100 ml water

  • 3 Teaspoon chia seeds

  • 30 Gram Vanilla Protein Powder or Vegan alternative

  • 30 Gram raspberry (fresh)

  • 5 Gram almond butter

METHOD

  1. Bring almond milk and water to boil in a saucepan over low-medium heat

  2. Add in the oats, chia seeds and stir. Cook the oats for 2-5 minutes or until the oats have expanded

  3. Pour the porridge into a bowl and stir through the protein powder

  4. Add the almond butter and raspberries over the top

  5. Serve
