INGREDIENTS
100g halloumi slices
300g lean chicken wings
12 asparagus stalks
1 tbsp. whole-grain mustard
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, crushed
METHOD
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper
Place the chicken wings on the tray and bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes
Meanwhile, heat a non-stick fry pan over medium temperature and cook the asparagus and halloumi for a few minutes on each side or until golden brown
Combine the dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Divide the sauce into three serves
Divide the chicken wings, asparagus and halloumi into three meals
Dish one serving of the chicken wings, asparagus and halloumi beside a serving of the creamy mustard dipping sauce
Refrigerate the remaining two meals as leftovers
