CRISPY HALOUMI SERVED WITH CHICKEN WINGS AND CREAMY MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g halloumi slices

  • 300g lean chicken wings

  • 12 asparagus stalks

  • 1 tbsp. whole-grain mustard

  • 4 tbsp. mayonnaise

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper

  2. Place the chicken wings on the tray and bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes

  3. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick fry pan over medium temperature and cook the asparagus and halloumi for a few minutes on each side or until golden brown

  4. Combine the dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Divide the sauce into three serves

  5. Divide the chicken wings, asparagus and halloumi into three meals

  6. Dish one serving of the chicken wings, asparagus and halloumi beside a serving of the creamy mustard dipping sauce

  7. Refrigerate the remaining two meals as leftovers
