1 cup Milk
1 Banana
2 tablespoons Rolled Oats
½ cup Pumpkin Puree
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
2 cups Spinach (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all the ingredients to your blender, in the order listed, and blend until smooth and creamy. Depending on your blender, this might take 1-2 minutes.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
