INGREDIENTS
120ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. maca powder
25g chia seeds
0.5 tsp. honey
0.5 tsp. ground cinnamon
0.5 tsp. ground nutmeg
10g desiccated coconut
10g raw unsalted almonds, roughly chopped
10g raw unsalted walnuts, roughly chopped
METHOD
Add the almond milk into a medium sized jar and mix in the chia seeds, nutmeg, cinnamon, honey and maca powder
Refrigerate overnight or for 1-2 hours to set.
Once the chia pudding has set, sprinkle with coconut, almonds and walnuts.
