INGREDIENTS
2 x 38g wholegrain bread slice
30 Gram peanut butter
10 Gram protein powder (vegan, flavour of your choice)
12 Gram chia seeds
1 Teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
0.25 Teaspoon stevia powder
35 ml water
METHOD
Toast the bread until golden and to your liking. Transfer to a plate.
In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon and stevia with approximately 20ml of the water. Mix until well combined. If your peanut butter is a looser consistency (like the smooth variety), you may not need the extra water. If your peanut butter is thick (like the crunchy variety), you will need all 35ml. The final texture of the mixture should resemble a spreadable paste.
Spread on toast. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon
Serve.
