INGREDIENTS

  • 100g frozen strawberries

  • 100g banana, frozen

  • 30 Gram Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 125ml unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 5g chia seeds

  • 20g coconut flakes

  • 30g activated buckinis (buckwheat)

METHOD

  1. Add the strawberries, banana, protein powder, milk and ice in a blender

  2. Blend until it becomes smooth but still thick in texture

  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl

  4. Sprinkle the chia seeds, coconut flakes and activated buckinis over the top

  5. Serve
