125ml unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup ice
5g chia seeds
20g coconut flakes
30g activated buckinis (buckwheat)
METHOD
Add the strawberries, banana, protein powder, milk and ice in a blender
Blend until it becomes smooth but still thick in texture
Pour the smoothie into a bowl
Sprinkle the chia seeds, coconut flakes and activated buckinis over the top
