INGREDIENTS

  • 60 Gram rolled oats (raw)

  • 160 ml water

  • 20 Gram frozen raspberry

  • 15 Gram almond

  • 10 Gram pumpkin seed

  • 10 Gram buckwheat groats

  • 0.25 Teaspoon turmeric

  • 0.25 Teaspoon cinnamon

  • 5 ml honey

METHOD

  1. Boil water in a saucepan over medium temperature

  2. Add in the oats, buckwheat, turmeric, cinnamon, and honey and stir until cooked for 3-5 minutes

  3. Stir through the almonds, pumpkin seeds and raspberries and remove from the heat

  4. Serve
