20 Gram frozen raspberry
15 Gram almond
10 Gram pumpkin seed
10 Gram buckwheat groats
0.25 Teaspoon turmeric
0.25 Teaspoon cinnamon
5 ml honey
METHOD
Boil water in a saucepan over medium temperature
Add in the oats, buckwheat, turmeric, cinnamon, and honey and stir until cooked for 3-5 minutes
Stir through the almonds, pumpkin seeds and raspberries and remove from the heat
