INGREDIENTS
220 Gram zucchini (sliced into thin rounds)
40 Gram parmesan cheese
10 ml olive oil
2 garlic clove (crushed)
himalayan salt & pepper
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper
To remove the excess water from the zucchini, place the zucchini rounds between 2 paper towels and press down firmly, hard enough for the paper towel to absorb the water
Combine the olive oil and garlic in a small bowl
Place the zucchini on the tray and using a cooking brush, brush the garlic olive oil over the zucchini. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and Himalayan salt over the top
Bake the zucchini chips in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
Divide the snack into two serves. Dish one serving in a bowl and refrigerate the second snack for tomorrow's leftover
