INGREDIENTS

  • 220 Gram zucchini (sliced into thin rounds)

  • 40 Gram parmesan cheese

  • 10 ml olive oil

  • 2 garlic clove (crushed)

  • himalayan salt & pepper

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper

  2. To remove the excess water from the zucchini, place the zucchini rounds between 2 paper towels and press down firmly, hard enough for the paper towel to absorb the water

  3. Combine the olive oil and garlic in a small bowl

  4. Place the zucchini on the tray and using a cooking brush, brush the garlic olive oil over the zucchini. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and Himalayan salt over the top

  5. Bake the zucchini chips in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown

  6. Divide the snack into two serves. Dish one serving in a bowl and refrigerate the second snack for tomorrow's leftover
