I’m Jenna, a mum, a proud Kiwi, an animal lover, & someone who’s always walked her own path. I grew up knowing I wasn’t here for an average life. I was here to make an impact.

I’m a mindset coach, speaker & business mentor, supporting people to build confidence, create sustainable success & back themselves fully. I also mentor entrepreneurs through Wyndham City Council, helping them grow their businesses & their belief.

Growth is my obsession. I’m a Master Practitioner in NLP & hypnosis, constantly expanding my knowledge in mindset, human behaviour & leadership because I believe the best mentors never stop learning.

My journey has been anything but ordinary, from national sheep dog trials & speaking awards to business accolades, media features & building a movement from my dining room that now reaches thousands.

Beat Freakz Fit was born from my desire to change lives through movement, confidence & connection. What started as a workout has become a platform for empowerment, wellbeing & self-belief.

Today, Beat Freakz Fit lives in schools, communities, corporate spaces & the disability sector, a safe, uplifting space where people feel supported to show up as themselves. Yes, it’s movement in the dark with disco lights… but at its core, it’s about courage, confidence & creating positive change.
