Booking Terms

 

By paying the deposit, you agree to the following:
 

  • Deposits are non-refundable. This secures your booking and date. Once paid, we hold that spot just for you and turn away other work.
     

  • Cancellations/change of mind will not receive a refund, as per Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are only given if required by law (e.g., major service failure).
     

  • The remaining balance is due by the date stated on your invoice. Late payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
     

  • Reschedules require notice. You must notify us at least 7 days before your booking to request a reschedule. Reschedules are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
     

  • No-shows are treated as cancellations. If you don’t show up for your scheduled service, your deposit is forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
