1. Health & safety declaration

By participating in a Beat Freakz Fit® class, you confirm that:

- You are in good physical condition and understand the nature of the class you are joining.

- You do not have any medical conditions or injuries that would prevent safe participation.

- You have consulted a medical professional if you are unsure about your ability to participate.

- You agree to stop exercising and alert the instructor if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

2. Voluntary participation & assumption of risk

You understand that participating in physical activity involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury or illness.

You voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for your personal safety and any associated risks.

You agree to release and hold harmless Beat Freakz Fit®, its instructors, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or health issues that may arise from your participation, including those caused by negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Emergency medical consent

In the event of a medical emergency, you authorise Beat Freakz Fit® staff or emergency personnel to provide or seek medical treatment on your behalf.

You agree to take full financial responsibility for any medical treatment or ambulance service that may be required.

4. Illness & COVID-safe commitment

You agree not to attend any Beat Freakz Fit® class if you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat).

You may be asked to provide a negative COVID-19 test result before returning to class if symptoms arise.

This helps us provide a safe and inclusive environment for all.

5. Membership, bookings & cancellation policy

​

All memberships and personal training packages require a minimum 8 weeks' notice to cancel or suspend.

Late cancellations will only be considered in the case of medical or family emergencies, and may require supporting documentation.

Missed sessions, change-of-mind, or personal schedule conflicts are not eligible for refund or credit.

6. Photo & video consent

​

Beat Freakz Fit® may take photographs or video footage during sessions for promotional purposes (e.g. social media, website, marketing).

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please advise us in writing prior to attending your session.

7. Acknowledgement & agreement

​

By participating in a Beat Freakz Fit® class, you confirm that:

- You have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.

- You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

- You release Beat Freakz Fit® from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
