WHO ARE WE
MOVEMENT CREATES CONFIDENCE. CONFIDENCE CREATES CONNECTION.
Beat Freakz Fit® is built on a simple chain: movement builds confidence, confidence builds connection, and connection strengthens communities. Our Dance in the Dark classes, All Abilities programs and SO ARE YOU™ programs are NDIS-registered and built for everyone.
WHAT WE DO
We deliver movement-based wellbeing programs across community classes, schools, disability services and workplaces, always led by music, movement and psychological positive reinforcement.

BUSSINESS STORY & BACKGROUND
HOW BEAT FREAKZ FIT® BEGAN
It began as an idea from Jenna's dining room table, a want to create a space where people of every size and background could feel accepted, seen and safe.
Jenna wanted to help people who'd never felt like they belonged in a gym, people who'd never enjoyed traditional exercise. So, she made movement fun instead: good music, disco lights, and a room with no mirrors and no judgement. From the start, the physical was only half of it, just as much focus went into mindset, using every class as a chance to remind people of their capability and their worth.
Mainstream fitness spaces are often built for people who already feel confident moving in public. Beat Freakz Fit® was built for everyone else, the people traditional gyms and classes overlook, who deserve support rather than judgement.
CEO FOUNDER OF BEAT FREAKZ FIT®
JENNA CHAFFEY
Jenna is the founder of SO ARE YOU™ and the driving force behind its movement-based approach to wellbeing. After years working with young people and seeing how many struggled with confidence, big feelings and belonging, she set out to build something practical, uplifting and genuinely supportive.
Her work blends movement, mindset and meaningful connection to help people feel seen, capable and strong in who they're becoming. That vision has grown into a nationwide wellbeing program delivered through Beat Freakz Fit®, a fully NDIS-approved organisation supporting schools, communities and families across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
