Jenna is the Founder and CEO of Beat Freakz Fit® and SO ARE YOU™, a purpose-driven social enterprise dedicated to improving health, wellbeing and social connection through movement-based programs. Drawing on her background in workplace health and safety, coaching, fitness and community wellbeing, she created the S.A.F.E. Method®, an evidence-informed framework combining movement, music and meaningful human connection to build confidence, resilience and psychological safety.
She's a qualified wellbeing educator, life coach, motivational speaker and social entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in national leadership, workplace health and safety, and community wellbeing. Her vision is simple: healthier, more connected communities where every person, regardless of age, ability or background, has the opportunity to feel safe, seen and empowered to thrive.
