INGREDIENTS
250g lean beef mince
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1 brown onion, diced
4 cups green beans, chopped
2 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp. dried basil
METHOD
Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium temperature and cook the beef mince with onion, garlic, and basil for a couple of minutes
Stir in the frozen peas and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes or until the peas and beef mince is cooked
Whilst the mince is cooking, boil water in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the green beans into the water and cook for 5 minutes or so
Drain the water from the green beans and set aside
Divide the mince and green beans into two meals
Dish one serving of the minced beef beside the green beans. Refrigerate the leftover for tomorrow's lunch
