INGREDIENTS
600g tuna steaks
5 broccolini stalks
2 cups bok choy
2 cups napa cabbage
2 tbsp. reduced salt soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp. coconut oil
3 lemon wedges
METHOD
Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick fry pan over medium temperature and saute' the cabbage, bok choy and broccolini with garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil for 5 to 8 minutes. Stir occasionally
Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the asian greens
Meanwhile, using the same pan cook the tuna for a few minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper
Divide the tuna and asian greens into three meals
Serve one meal with a lemon wedge beside the tuna and store the remaining meals and lemon wedges in the fridge for the next couple of days
