INGREDIENTS
2 x 150g porterhouse steaks, fat trimmed
6 cups broccoli florets
1/2 brown onion, sliced
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. dried parsley
2 garlic cloves, crushed
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the broccoli and onion on the tray and mix the garlic and olive oil through the broccoli and onion. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until crispy and golden brown
Whilst the broccoli is baking, heat a non-stick fry pan over medium temperature and cook the steaks with parsley and cracked pepper for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to liking
Divide the broccoli chips into two serves. Serve one steak beside half of the broccoli chips
Refrigerate the second serving of broccoli chips and steak for tomorrow's leftover
