INGREDIENTS

  • 40 Gram rolled oats (uncooked)

  • 40 ml water

  • 180 ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 15 Gram Vanilla Protein Powder or Vegan alternative

  • 40 Gram frozen blueberries

  • 40 Gram banana (sliced)

  • 0.25 Teaspoon cinnamon


METHOD

  1. Bring water and almond milk to boil in a saucepan over medium temperature

  2. Reduce the heat and mix in the oats, blueberries, cinnamon and continue cooking for 5 minutes or until the oats expand

  3. Pour the porridge into a bowl and mix in the vanilla protein

  4. Add the sliced banana on top

  5. Serve
