INGREDIENTS
40 Gram rolled oats (uncooked)
40 ml water
180 ml unsweetened almond milk
15 Gram Vanilla Protein Powder or Vegan alternative
40 Gram frozen blueberries
40 Gram banana (sliced)
0.25 Teaspoon cinnamon
METHOD
Bring water and almond milk to boil in a saucepan over medium temperature
Reduce the heat and mix in the oats, blueberries, cinnamon and continue cooking for 5 minutes or until the oats expand
Pour the porridge into a bowl and mix in the vanilla protein
Add the sliced banana on top
